Damages and losses: Any deal done using company data in a non-ethical way and/or any data stolen from or tampered with by an employee(s) shall result in a penalty of ten times the loss to the company as well as possible legal action at the full expense of employee if found at fault.

 

Tracking and Monitoring: I agree that all phone calls, text messaging and email exchanges are tracked and monitored by Canopy Real Estate and shall be reviewed at the discretion of Canopy Real Estate’s management.

 

Non-Compete: I hereby agree to a 2 year non-compete agreement. I agree that I cannot participate in any wholesaling real estate investment in any capacity after leaving Canopy Real Estate for a minimum of 2 years.

 

Compensation: All compensation will be paid by the title company and mailed to me to the address I have provided previously. I will be paid by the title company and responsible for filing my own taxes (1099). Payment will be issued via check and mailed to the address I have provided in the form unless I have informed management otherwise.

Any questions regarding payment delays or check amounts should be directed to the title company directly.

 

Loss and cashing: All checks shall be delivered via certified mail within 72 hours of closing. All questions regarding loss or failure to receive a check shall be directed to the title company directly. Only the persons name that appears on the check can cash deposit.

 

One time Operational Certification and onboarding fee will be paid i n the amount of $145 and is non-refundable.

 

I agree that all phone calls, text messaging and email exchanges are the property of Canopy Real Estate and shall be tracked and monitored by Canopy Real Estate. All data and employee promotions will be reviewed at the discretion of Canopy Real Estate’s management.
